Well-appointed, sunny, and very cozy newly renovated holiday home in a quiet yet central location in the suburb of New Windsor, Auckland in New Zealand. With 85 square metres, the apartment is spacey enough to accommodate six adults and one child, or, in combination with the garden house, seven adults.  The vacation rental has three bedrooms, a large open-plan lounge and dining area with a comfortable lounge suite, flat-screen TV, dvd player, stereo, a large dining table with six chairs, telephone, and wireless Internet.

The kitchen is completely new with a granite bench top, a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and enough pots and pans, dishes and glasses for six people. There is a separate laundry room with a modern front-loading washing machine, and a laundry tub. The bathroom of our vacation rental has a toilet, a hand basin, and a shower. There is a separate guest-toilet as well.

For your safety, the apartment is equipped with fire-and burglar alarm. You can park your car on the property which is protected by an automatic sliding gate. The house has a pleasant and sunny garden with trampoline, hammocks, garden chairs, and a sand pit.

The holiday home is so sunny, and so well-insulated that even in winter you only need to switch on the heating at night. Because its elevated position, you can enjoy pleasant vistas of the surrounding green gardens with many native trees. The lounge can be aired so well that even on a hot summer day you will seldom, if ever feel the need to use the air conditioning.
